Challenge Urocon 2026 is a dynamic 2-day conference designed to showcase the most challenging and thought-provoking cases in Urology encountered by clinicians across their careers. Guided by the theme, "Mastering The Most Difficult Cases in Urology" the conference emphasizes not only successful outcomes but also critical decision-making, complications, and invaluable lessons drawn from real-world experiences.

Beyond academics, the conference offers a wonderful opportunity to network, collaborate, and build lasting professional relationships in a warm and inspiring environment.

Case Presentention and guidelines:

A Unique Case-Based Urology Conference

Challenge Urocon is a dynamic 2-day conference designed to showcase the most challenging and thought-provoking cases in Urology encountered by clinicians across their careers. The focus is not just on success—but on decision-making, complications, and learning from real-world experiences.


The conference will cover six key subspecialties in Urology:

“Highlighting the most challenging urological cases faced by clinicians and institutions in their lifetime.”

Instructions for Main Conference Presentation

Presentation Duration: 7 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A/discussion. Total - 12 Minutes

Presentation Guidelines

  • Please use the PowerPoint Template provided in the Acceptance Mail Or available on the Website.
  • Presentations must be compatible with Microsoft Power Point 2019.
  • Slides should be prepared in the prescribed 16:9 aspect ratio
  • Any videos included in the presentation should be in MP4 format, and in the appropriate landscape / portrait orientation.
  • Presenters should be prepared to personally narrate and explain all video findings during the presentation and should not rely on voiceover alone.
  • Presenters are requested to strictly adhere to the allotted time. Exceeding the prescribed presentation time may result in a penalty in marks.

Presentation Content

  • Presentations should remain concise, scientific, and focused on the accepted Case.
  • Suggested structure for Case presentations:
  • Introduction, case details, investigations, videos, challenge in the case and how it was managed, with a single slide discussion about what went well and what could have been better?
  • Avoid excessive background information that may consume valuable presentation time.
  • Emphasis should be placed on the scientific content, results, key observations, and take-home message.

Evaluation & Marking

  • Approximately 2/3rd of the total score will be based on Jury marks.
  • Approximately 1/3rd of the total score will be based on the average Audience marks.
  • Total marks will be considered for the primary ranking.
  • In case of identical total scores, Jury marks will be used as the tie-breaker criterion.
  • In case a tie still persists, the Jury's decision will be final.

Discussion / Q&A

  • The discussion will be conducted only in the form of questions and answers.
  • Comments of appreciation will not be acknowledged during the discussion period, in order to ensure effective utilization of the allotted time.

Results & Prize Distribution

  • The conference will have a total of 4 presentation sessions.
  • Results for each session will be announced at the end of the respective session.
  • The final prize distribution will take place during the Valedictory Function on Day 2.
  • Presentation certificates will be available from Day 2 onwards.

Important Instructions for Presenters

  • For all Indian presenters, in-person presentation is mandatory.
  • For overseas presenters who are unable to present in person, please record a video of your presentation with your voiceover and send to us on mail challengeurocon@gmail.com & CC to projects@rnsevents.com BY 31 AUGUST 2026. you will be informed about the timing of your presentation in IST and a zoom link for scheduled time will be sent to you a day prior, which will be activated approx 1 hr before your scheduled presentation. Please join the link and be available for any questions and answers. This facility is exclusively for presenters from out of India.
  • Only One Presentation per presenter will be permitted in the Main Conference Presentation category.
  • Any additional/multiple presentations by the same presenter will be considered under the Poster Session.
  • Presenters should report to the designated presentation hall well before the start of their session.
  • Please familiarize yourself with the presentation hall and audiovisual setup before your scheduled presentation.
  • Presenters are requested to remain in the hall for the entire scientific session.
  • Please be seated in the designated presenter area before the beginning of the session.
  • If a presenter is unable to attend, or if there is a change in the presenting author, the Scientific Committee must be informed at the earliest possible opportunity.

Technical Requirements

  • All presentations will be pre-loaded onto the official conference audiovisual system.
  • Personal laptops will NOT be permitted for presentations.
  • Presenters must ensure that their final presentation is submitted on or before 31 August 2026.
  • Ensure that all fonts, images, animations, audio and video files are properly embedded and fully functional.
  • Presenters are advised to avoid unusual fonts or unsupported multimedia formats that may cause compatibility issues.
  • A Preview Room/Setup will be available for presenters at the venue to review their presentation and familiarize themselves with the audiovisual setup before their scheduled session.

Submission of Presentation

  • The final presentation must be submitted on or before 31 August 2026.
  • Please email your presentation to: challengeurocon@gmail.com & CC to projects@rnsevents.com
  • Please name your presentation file in the following format -Conference Registration Number_Presenter Name
  • Only the final version of the presentation should be submitted.
  • Presenters are requested to carefully verify their slides, videos, animations and other multimedia content before final submission.

Scientific and Ethical Responsibility

  • The presentation should correspond substantially to the accepted Case.
  • Major discrepancies between the submitted Case and the final presentation should be avoided.
  • All patient-related information, images and videos must be appropriately anonymized to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Presenters are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable ethical and institutional requirements.
  • Any relevant conflict of interest must be disclosed.
  • Appropriate acknowledgements and references should be included wherever applicable.

Instructions for ePoster Presenters

ePoster Presentation Guidelines

All ePoster presenters are requested to submit their presentations before the specified submission deadline. On-the-spot submissions at the conference venue will not be accepted.

Presentation Format
  • Presentation Time: 3 minutes
  • Discussion / Q&A: 2 minutes
  • Maximum Slides: 3 slides
  • Presentation Language: English
Poster Content

The ePoster should clearly include:

  • Title of the presentation
  • Name(s) of author(s)
  • Institution and place
  • Aims & Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results / Key Findings
  • Conclusion / Take-home Message

Important Instructions for Presenters

  • The presenting author must be a registered delegate of the conference.
  • Please report to your session hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session.
  • Submit your PowerPoint presentation to the Preview Room well before your session begins.
  • Presentations submitted late may not be available for projection during the session.
  • Please follow the Chairperson's instructions and strictly adhere to the allotted presentation time.
  • A warning will be given one minute before the end of the allotted time.
  • Audio and video may be stopped once the allotted presentation time is over.
  • Brand names should not be used in the presentation title. Generic/product names may be used.
  • Use of personal laptops or pen drives directly in the presentation hall is not permitted.

Technical Guidelines

  • PowerPoint presentations should preferably be within 100 MB.
  • Use embedded images rather than images linked to external files.
  • Please ensure that all fonts, images, videos and other media display correctly before submitting your presentation.
  • A technical team member will upload the presentation to the conference presentation system.

Video Presentation Guidelines

For participants presenting a video:

  • Maximum video duration: 8 minutes
  • Recommended formats:
    • MP4 – H.264/AAC preferred
    • WMV
    • AVI
  • MOV/QuickTime files are less compatible and are discouraged.

Presenters are requested to strictly follow the above guidelines to ensure smooth conduct of the scientific sessions.

  • Each of the 4 Scientific Case Presentation Sessions will honour Bioradmedisys Voucher worth:
